Chrissie has been a health professional for 25 years, trained in Five Element & TCM acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. She is also a qualified yoga teacher. She takes a holistic approach, considering your whole health history and presenting signs and symptoms. Chrissie is currently training to be an Enneagram coach which is an invaluable tool for figuring out where to take your life next.

YOGA
Chrissie teaches both live and online yoga to groups and individuals. Her main style is Vinyasa, focusing on safe practice. Her approach is informal, down-to-earth and friendly.

Acupuncture & Chinese Herbs
Chrissie gets to the root cause of physical signs and symptoms, treating acute injuries to chronic health conditions with acupuncture and Chinese herbs.

Chrissie offers 45 minute live Zoom interviews to ascertain your Enneagram type. This is a more accurate method than completing an online questionnaire.
